How can I schedule reoccurring appointments or appointments further out?
Headway will only show you my immediate availability over the next two weeks. If you are an established client and want to set up reoccurring appointments or an appointment more than two weeks out please reach out to me with your preferred day/time and I will get you scheduled.
Can we do a telehealth appointment while I am on vacation?
I am only licensed to practice in the state of Washington. If you are out of state or out of the country, therapy will have to wait until you return.
Can we do a telehealth appointment while I am driving, shopping, hanging out with friends, changing my clothes, going to the bathroom, multi-tasking etc?
No in order to make the most of our time together please find a quiet place with adequate privacy and without the above distractions.
Can I bring my baby to our sessions?
For parents with babies/small children who need support but sometimes cannot arrange for childcare - we can be flexible with those needs and we will find a way to make that work.
I am out of network can you provide me with a super-bill?
Yes I can provide a superbill you may submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement. Before scheduling with me, please call your insurance company to determine if you are eligible for out-of-network reimbursement.
Can I use my Flexible spending account to pay for therapy?
Many people utilize their Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for therapy. Check your plan details, you may need a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from your healthcare provider.
What is your no show/late cancellation policy?
Clients who cancel with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $75.00 cancellation fee.
I have a question about billing, who do I contact?
I partner with Headway for all insurance and billing. If you have an issue with your bill please contact them directly.
