  • Can we do a telehealth appointment while I am on vacation?

    I am only licensed to practice in the state of Washington. If you are out of state or out of the country, therapy will have to wait until you return.

  • Can we do a telehealth appointment while I am driving, shopping, hanging out with friends, changing my clothes, going to the bathroom, multi-tasking etc?

    No in order to make the most of our time together please find a quiet place with adequate privacy and without the above distractions.

  • Can I bring my baby to our sessions?

    For parents with babies/small children who need support but sometimes cannot arrange for childcare - we can be flexible with those needs and we will find a way to make that work.

  • I am out of network can you provide me with a super-bill?

    Yes I can provide a superbill you may submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement. Before scheduling with me, please call your insurance company to determine if you are eligible for out-of-network reimbursement.

  • Can I use my flexible spending account to pay for therapy?

    Many people utilize their Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for therapy. Check your plan details, you may need a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from your healthcare provider. 

  • What is your no show/late cancellation policy?

    Clients who cancel with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $75.00 cancellation fee.

  • I have a question about billing, who do I contact?

    I partner with Headway for all insurance and billing. If you have an issue with your bill please contact them directly.
